Take Time to Care

People running here & there
People going no where
Do they stop to listen?
Do they notice the dew's glisten?
Life at this rapid rate can make
One's heart rate escalate
Time to re-calibrate our spirit's
Journey life has a deeper meaning
It's more than just being
It's about seeing
Beauty in all things God has created
Material value is overrated
Our spirit is everlasting
Individually contrasting
All things of Earth shall pass away
But our spirit leads the way
And forever shall stay
Our thumbprint on this world
Shall forever endure
Through our spirit our love
Lives on no matter what the
world cast on us know your
love is everlasting
Appreciate the little things
And share your happiness within
Life, what joy it brings
When you begin to see
In a whole new light
God shows you in plain sight
What life can be.

Do you ever wonder why? Then start to cry. Do you search for a meaning? While tear drops are streaming. You seem so alone and wonder why your life has taken this tone. No. You have to know how to ask without a mask. God gives hope freely, though it does not come cheaply. Hope is like a foundation, why this interpretation? I was concerned for him every day Although I knew he'd never look my way I felt drawn to him in so many odd ways His eyes touched the deepest depth of my being I knew I was wishing for hopeless things & dreaming But this man was like no other I had ever known it was as if he could see the real me without being shown it at all I wanted to walk away but it was if his soul would call and I could not turn away at all no matter how hard I tried to go astray It was if our connection was yet unknown but kept us near With him I had no fear I could be myself and not be afraid to reach out My mind was always tossing me doubts but my heart knew better it never wavered for it was his essence I savored I longed to feel his touch but I knew I wanted too much I want fate to decide so I will be patient and wait What is meant to be will always find a way & I hope to meet this man someday. When I feel my patience running thin I think again I think of how much I love you and how your heart has touched my soul so unique  and new  I try to be understanding and caring because I know the burdens you are bearing It is hard to say what I feel when I look at you It is true No words can comprehend my feelings  deep in my soul I have no control Many times I thought of giving up and I think no more could be given but My love for you keeps me driven Love does not take kindly to changes so abrupt Why tear down what has taken so long  to build up?
