Angel of the Dark
Hoping to bring truth to light
He talks and walks with unseen spirits
echoes of history can you hear it?
Energy of a forgotten time or deed
In the night they plead
Senses on another level of an emotional plane
He can hear and feel their pain.
Searching for answers as he is locked down
Where History lingers all around.
Can you hear their desperate calls
as you walk through the halls?
Every location brings another portal from the past
will they finally be heard at last?
In the shadows the spirits linger on
imprisoned in time, why have they stayed?
When all life is gone.
One man dares to seek them out
If only to let others know what their story is about.
Fear, Pain, and Agony leave their marks on time
To give these spirits some rest or a communication line
so they may rest in peace is what he aims to do each time.
Sometimes all that is needed is to just listen.
This Angel in the dark seeking spirits to set free
is an inspiration to me.
In life there are many mysteries but most can
be solved by studying their history.
Angel in the dark reaching out to those spirits in need
Driven by passion you will succeed.
May a protective spirit be with you always
as you walk history's hallways.
